We love helping sellers get rid of an unwanted or nuisance houses, but we realize it’s usually not about the house. There may be a bigger underlying problem, and we try to help solve that puzzle first. When appropriate, we enjoy visiting with folks at their kitchen table, in the living room, or in today’s social distancing world on the phone or Zoom. Sometimes we hear, “I’m so sorry I wasted your time,” and our response is always the same; helping someone explore their options and become more educated about selling a home, whether through a real estate agent or us is never a waste of time!
